Seem from this that each nm u up the presset u get 0.641509nm in Average in range. Hope this can be fixed soon as its a pain to keep refering to thes results every time you want to launch a ASW. Plus as it is 40nm is the max range and not 53nm as stated in game.
If it was Statute Miles and not Nauticle Miles that was used than i would say that for every 1NM you add on Presets you get 10,000m or 1Km. As the figure above is very close to how many miles is in a KM. Which is 0.6214. But for NM in a KM it is 0.5396. Would have been more simple if this was true. It would make me feel that they just got Miles mixed up with Kilometres when setting the ranges. However i am at a dead end on this one. If anyone can add to this then please Email me.
